DIRECTIONS

• Remove cap and twist the button at the end of the pen until whitening gel dispenses (it may take several twists with the first use).
• Squeeze retractoe and place to separate cheeks from the teeth.
• Smile and brush a thin layer on teeth.
• Wait 30 seconds before closing mouth and leave on for 10-15mins. Use daily for 7-10days then use as "touch up" as needed
• Do not eat 30 min post application
• Do not use combination with coffee, tea, cigarettes or other substances that may impact the whitening effect.
