Cancellation Policy

 

You must give us 24 hours notice for cancellation of your spray tan if you wish to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service in order to continue booking at Tan on the Run. Please see “Groups and Tanning Parties” below for more information on our cancellation policy for groups.

 

If you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay for the service IN FULL in order to re-book with Tan on the Run.

 

Please note that cancellations can only be done via text or by speaking to your technician. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.

 

 

No Shows

 

If our technician has already reached the venue and you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the service. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings.

Clients who do not show more than once will be required to pay in full before any future appointments.

 

 

Payment Policies

 

We have a no refund policy on spray tan services completed. We must be notified within 48 hours of any problems or concerns. We offer complimentary fixes within 48 hours of the spray tan completion pending management approval and availability. If you're unavailable for a spray tan fix within the first 48 hours, we must be notified of your concerns within that first 48 hours.

 

 

 

 

Groups and Tanning Parties

 

 

Any bookings with more than 3 people must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your Tan on the Run client account. For groups 3+ we require 48 hours for cancellations. In the event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged according to the policies above.

 

For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is an option to pay a 50% deposit via e-transfer.

 

For services rendered we accept cash or credit.
